Our Wine Basket Shipping Policy
Our wine or champagne gift baskets can be delivered locally or shipped ONLY to Alaska, California, and Washington State.
By ordering one of our wine or champagne baskets with wine or champagne, you are certifying that both you and the gift recipient are 21 years or older. As the purchaser, you must include your date of birth in the comments section of the web order page.
The recipient must be 21 years of age and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
We ship wine or champagne baskets through UPS only to persons 21 years or older and a signature of receipt by a person 21 years or older is obtained by UPS upon delivery. A photo ID may be required of the recipient. If a signature by a person 21 years or older cannot be obtained, UPS will not leave the package and this will delay the arrival of your gift. After 3 attempts by UPS the wine basket will be returned to us which may incur an additional charge for you the sender.
For wine and champagne baskets locally hand delivered within the local Arlington area, a signature of receipt by a person 21 years or older is required. For local hand deliveries, we will call the recipient prior to delivery to confirm a person 21 years or older will be home to sign for the wine or champagne gift. Please note that your gift containing wine or champagne will not be delivered until contact & arrangements have been made with the recipient, so please allow extra days for time-sensitive occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. If a delivery has been scheduled and a person of 21 years or older is not home to sign for the wine basket, the sender may incur additional delivery charges for a re-delivery when the recipient is home to sign.
