In 2021 during the pandemic I took on a rewarding challenge with buying Celebration Gift Baskets. My vision has been to adapt this existing Pacific Northwest staple to reflect my own personal style and vision. Figuring out what that vision is has been the true mystery. My background was in Healthcare administration which took a detour about 8 years ago when I began making candles after the sudden loss of my mom. The process was therapeutic and I never dreamed I'd leave my secure job to pursue owning my own candle company. However that is exactly what happened. It's what gave me the confidence to dream bigger after a friend mentioned a gift basket company she and her husband had looked into buying. It wasn't a good fit for their current life but she immediately thought of me and it turned out to be the right time, right fit for mine.
The business came with established corporate clients who I've had the pleasure to work with and help to transition their gifting by highlighting products made in our local Pacific Northwest region . This journey hasn't necessarily been easy and I had some big shoes to fill but I'm enjoying curating and growing a business I can be proud of. I can't wait to see what else the future holds.
